We have tried to simplify our business conditions as much as possible. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with our service, please contact us and we will find together a way to resolve the situation.
Purchase Contracts and Pricing
The purchase contract between the seller (as defined above) and the buyer (another individual) is closed at the moment of sending a completed coffee subscription order by the buyer on www.inboxcoffee.cz.
The price indicated in the order form on this website always relates to one particular order cycle and is considered final, i.e. including postage or any other charges. The purchase contract is automatically renewed for the next cycle up to the deadline for the completion of orders for this particular cycle. Cut-off date is always clearly visible on www.inboxcoffee.cz and this information will be also provided to every customer with active coffee subscription via email at least 48 hours in advance.
Seller will issue tax document - invoice including mandatory information according to Electronic Evidence of Sales ("elektronické evidence tržeb - EET") to the buyer after a payment has been processed and will provide it to the buyer in electronic form to his electronic address.
Espre s.r.o. is not a VAT payer.
Complaints and returns
We provide 100% satisfaction guarantee and we will always do our best to resolve any potential issue. In a case that the goods received does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 14 days of its receipt by email hello@inboxcoffee.cz and send it to our contact address above. After receiving the returned package we will immediately refund you for the whole amount paid for the particular order. You do not need to indicate the reason for returning the order, but we will be happy if you do so, so we can keep improving our services.
Shipping and payment
We are using “Registered Package” service from the Czech Post for delivering our coffee. At this moment we are delivering only within the Czech Republic.
Payment for shipping is already included in the purchase price.
Subscription Payment can be done by credit cards issued by Visa and Mastercard. The amount for the first order will be deducted from your credit card when you complete purchase of your coffee subscription. Subsequently, the same amount will be automatically deducted from your credit card regularly only before a sending of each new order from your active coffee subscription. You will be always informed in advance by e-mail about cut-off date for sending a next order and about the subsequent deduction charge from your credit card.
Protection of personal data
We handle with the personal data strictly according to the Act no. 101/2000 Coll. About protection of personal data. Your personal details are only used for the execution of your orders, or other requests. They will never be given to anyone who is not involved in providing services related to our coffee subscription business and for whom specific data are not required (such as. Czech Post). If you do not want us to store your personal data after the end of the subscription, please contact us and we will immediately remove them. Newsletter can be unsubscribed at any time by clicking on the link in any respective email.
Order and delivery date
Orders for a current cycle are accepted until the current cut-off date for receipt of orders which is always clearly visible on the website www.inboxcoffee.cz. Same cut-off date applies for an alteration of active subscription (change of coffee type or ordered amount, pause or cancellation of coffee subscription) and each registered user with an active order will be also informed in advance via an email.
Cancellation and pause of subscription
The buyer has the right at any time and for any reason to pause the subscription for 30 days or cancel the subscription entirely. For the period of temporary pause, the subscription charge will not be deducted from the buyer and no coffee will be dispatched. Pause or a possible cancellation of the subscription can be done at any time on www.inboxcoffee.cz under the section My Account. Pause or cancellation of the subscription need to be always done by the cut-off date for receipt of orders for a current cycle; otherwise the subscription pause or cancellation will be valid from the very next cycle.
In the event of any conflict between the Czech and other language versions of Terms and Conditions, the Czech version shall prevail.
