How do I know my payment is secure?

We are using services of Komerční Banka a.s. who ensure the highest security standard 3-D Secure. Merchant do not have any access to the information about customer's payment card and all the payment information are transmitted via secured channels. The main purpose of 3-D Secure method is to offer to a customer same level of payment security as he would experience in a brick-and-mortar shop. This method of security is supported by both largest payment card associations Visa (Verified by Visa) and MasterCard (MasterCard SecureCode).

What payment methods do you support?

Currently you can pay for our subscription by payment cards Visa and MasterCard. All payments are secured by 3-D Secure system provided by GP Webpay and Komerční Banka a.s.

How does a payment for subscription work?

Payment for your Inbox Coffee subscription is done via recurring payment method. You don't need to pay upfront excessive amounts and you always pay only for very next order according to your pre-selected amount and frequency. Price of a first order will be charged to your credit card when you complete a purchase of your subscription. After that you will be automatically charged the same amount always just before a shipment of your very next order. Of course you can alter, pause for 30 days or cancel your Inbox Coffee subscription anytime.

How can I use a voucher code?

You can simply enter your voucher code after the login in the section My account --> Billing. You just need to copy your voucher code into the dedicated tab and click on the button "redeem". Discount will be applied automatically to your next order.

HOW DOES IT WORK

How does Inbox Coffee subscription work?

You just need to sign up on our website, choose your pick from our amazing coffee selection and tell us your preferences. You choose how much coffee you need and how often you want to receive a shipment. We roast to order every 4 weeks, hand-pack your beans and send them directly to your home. We make sure we always deliver Inbox Coffee to your doorstep on time and hassle free. Of course you can alter, pause for 30 days or cancel your Inbox Coffee subscription anytime.

Can I flexibly change my pick and preferences?

Sure, you will always have enough time before a next shipment to change attributes of your coffee subscription (selection and amount coffee, delivery address) or to pause for 30 days in case you are traveling or just fully loaded with coffee.

Is this subscription really commitment-free?

Yes, with Inbox Coffee there are no hidden commitments. We will always notify you by an email at least 48 hours before each shipment of your active coffee subscription thus you will know exactly when we are going to ship your coffee and charge you payment card. So you can always alter your preferences, pause for 30 days or cancel your Inbox Coffee subscription. We will not ship any order or charge you credit card while paused.

What does 100% Satisfaction Guarantee mean?

We stand for quality of our coffee but we understand that sometimes you may have different taste preferences. In case of any problem just write us on hello@inboxcoffee.cz and we will provide you a full refund.

What are delivery options and how much does it cost?

We deliver Inbox Coffee always for free! We will send it via trackable certified mail to your doorstep. In case you are not sure when you gonna be at home, we can simply send it to your office. If you add also name of your company to your delivery address, any of your colleagues or for example a receptionist will be able to accept your delivery.

How and where do you roast your coffee?

We roast our coffee in brilliant roastery Dos Mundos so we are always able to guarantee the highest quality possible. At Inbox Coffee, we use light to medium type roast which allows the natural coffee aroma to unfold while maintaining the highest amount of antioxidants.

How do you ensure a fair treatment and remuneration for the farmers?

Every our coffee has 100% traceable origin and our beans are grown by real people. We value their work and effort and pay to our farmers 3x - 10x higher prices than they would receive on local commodity market. In return, they give our beans the best possible care and put maximum effort to ensure the highest quality. For certain type of commodities such as specialty coffee even the Fair Trade certification may not ensure a level of remuneration they receive directly from us or other specialty coffee roasters (Direct Trade).

Can you also grind a coffee for me?

At the moment we offer only whole bean coffee as we believe that if possible you should always grind just prior to brewing. However, we understand that there are moments when time is of essence so we plan offer soon a possibility to grind coffee just right for your favourite method of preparation.

Cut-off date for a current order cycle: Saturday April 06. We will roast our coffee for you on Tuesday and ship it on Wednesday morning.
